Membership Benefits
Upon filling in your registration form, you will automatically receive your "Temporary Minoan Lines Bonus Club Membership Card” so you can start collecting points from day one! You can use the temporary card to issue your tickets until you receive your personal magnetic Minoan Lines Bonus Club card.
With your personal magnetic card, you acquire the full participation privileges to the program. As a result, you can use it when booking your tickets and in the transactions you make on-board to earn special discounts and collect points.

The card holders can benefit from the following privileges:
- Free tickets when redeeming the collected points, for all passenger and vehicle categories (based on the reward table).
- up to 20% discount on tickets for the Heraklion/Chania-Piraeus Lines
- up to 30% discount on tickets for the Heraklion- Cyclades Line
- 20% discount on tickets for the Greece - Italy Lines
- 10% discount at the restaurants (À la Carte and Self Service), Bars and Disco on-board
- 10% discount for purchases at the stores on-board (not valid for the kiosks)

The Minoan Lines Bonus Club - Gold Card
If you travel frequently, you can benefit from even more privileges with the Minoan Lines Bonus Club - Gold card!
The Minoan Lines Bonus Club cardholders who will collect 3.000 points in any 24 month period or 7.500 points from the date of subscription (regardless of time and whether they have redeemed them or not), will get "Gold Status” and their "Minoan Lines Bonus Club Membership Card” will be upgraded to a "Minoan Lines Bonus Club- Gold Card".
The Gold card holders benefit from the following privileges:
- Free tickets when redeeming the collected points, for all passenger and vehicle categories (based on the reward table)
- 20% discount on tickets for the Heraklion/Chania - Piraeus Lines and the Greece - Italy Lines
- up to 30% discount on tickets for the Heraklion - Cyclades Line
- 20% discount at the restaurants (À la Carte and Self Service), Bars and Disco on-board
- 15% discount for purchases at the stores on-board (not applied at the kiosks)
- Access to the VIP lounge for passengers travelling in a cabin on-board the vessels H/S/F KNOSSOS PALACE, H/S/F FESTOS PALACE and the H/S/F MYKONOS PALACE (Heraklion/Chania - Piraeus Lines)

The points collected with the Minoan Lines Bonus Club Card or the Minoan Lines Bonus Club - Gold card remain valid in your account for three years. If you do not redeem them within this period, your points will expire.
How to collect points in order to benefit from all these privileges
For every 1€ you spend you gain 1 Bonus Club point!
Thus, every time you use your membership cards to buy tickets or products from the vessels' restaurants or shops, you will collect points.
Make sure that you always have your card with you and use it on every purchase!
How can you collect Bonus points
- By issuing your personal ticket and/or a vehicle ticket (private car and motorcycle) to all destinations, at any central or collaborating agency or online
- By issuing your childrens' tickets (under 18 years of age, as long as they have been declared as protected members upon registration to the program)
- While shopping at our on-board stores (except the kiosks)
- At the À la Carte restaurants (except the Self Service restaurants)
- From special offers designed just for you for which you can be informed via our Newsletter and website
In any case, the collected points will be added to your account within 24 hours from the date of your trip.
